ALE Stapled Securities

ALE Property Group has raised $62 million through the issue of Stapled Securities (each comprising one unit in ALE Property Trust and one share in Australian Leisure and Entertainment Property Management Limited) ("Stapled Securities Offer"). The Stapled Securities Offer was made under a prospectus and product disclosure statement (the "Offer Document") lodged with ASIC on 26 September 2003.
